1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Accuracy Desk (the “Service”), including our website, memberships, and the trade opportunities we publish through private Telegram channels. By purchasing a membership or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
The Accuracy Desk publishes high-conviction trade opportunities across foreign-exchange (FX) pairs, commodities, and global indices, together with the reasoning behind them. Opportunities are delivered to members through private Telegram channels according to the membership tier purchased. The Service provides general market commentary and educational information only. It is published to a broad audience and is not tailored to your personal circumstances, financial situation, or objectives.
3. Not financial advice — risk warning
Nothing published by the Service is, or should be construed as, investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker, or financial planner. Trading FX, commodities, indices, and other leveraged or derivative products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone; you can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for any resulting gains or losses. You should obtain independent professional advice before acting on any information provided by the Service.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. Membership access and delivery
A membership account is created at the time of purchase using the email address you provide at checkout. After a successful payment, you receive one or more invite links to the private Telegram channel(s) included in your tier, delivered by email and on the confirmation page. Invite links are issued for your personal use only, are single-use, and expire after a limited period. You are responsible for joining with a Telegram account you control and for keeping your invite and account details secure. If you lose access, contact support and we will assist where reasonably possible.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are stated in euro (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. Subscription memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled. One-time memberships are charged once. By subscribing, you authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the self-serve customer portal; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7. Refunds — all sales are final
All sales are final and non-refundable. Each purchase unlocks a private invite link and live trade opportunities immediately upon payment, so access cannot be returned once it has been delivered. To avoid future charges on a subscription, cancel before your next renewal date as described above. Where a refund is required by applicable mandatory consumer-protection law, that law prevails over this section.
8. Acceptable use
Your membership is personal to you. You may not share, resell, redistribute, broadcast, or republish the trade opportunities, analysis, invite links, or any other content of the Service, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, share a single membership among multiple people, or use the Service in any unlawful or abusive manner. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these rules.
9. Intellectual property
The Service and all of its content, including the analysis, methodology, text, graphics, and branding, are owned by The Accuracy Desk or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use during your membership. No other rights are granted.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe for payments and Telegram for delivery. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability of Telegram or any broker through which you place trades.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Accuracy Desk and its operators will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or to others. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription as described above.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date below and, where appropriate, notify members. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
